We aim to update our site regularly, and may change the content at any time. If the need arises, we may suspend access to our site, or close it indefinitely. In the event an item is not available we will replace the item with a suitable replacement. Please check the descriptions used to ensure the hamper inclusions.
You must be 18 years of age or older to place an order and the recipient must be 18 years of age or older to receive the order.
By using this site, you confirm that the information provided is true and that you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of use of this site. Please note that your order can be cancelled without notice if it is determined that false or misleading information has been provided.
We are committed to protecting your privacy at all times. The information we use to complete your order is strictly for the purposes of completing the transaction and will be discarded after use.
Orders will not be despatched until payment is received in full.
Every effort is made to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner and in a satisfactory condition. We do not accept responsibility for goods damaged during delivery. Goods will only be accepted for return when accompanied by a return authority number and a description of the fault. Goods will not be accepted if, in our opinion, the products have been used. Faulty goods must be returned in original packaging and within 3 days of receipt.
All delivery requests are approximations only. While we endeavour to deliver by the date requested, this is not always possible due to unforeseen circumstances. You agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancel an order. Please enter all delivery details carefully. Inaccurate or misspelt delivery information often results in delays in delivery. If we are charged a re-delivery fee by one of our couriers because of inaccurate delivery details, that charge will be passed onto you. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place. This includes loss or damage resulting from delivery to unattended addresses whereby the sender has opted to have the gift left at front/back door if no one is home. We do not accept cancellations under any circumstances once the gift has left our premises.
